Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for test development initiatives.
- Collaborate with test engineers and product managers to understand manufacturing test requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive communication with stakeholders regarding manufacturing test development status.
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Lead the development and execution of manufacturing test programs for cloud compute and storage products.
- Manage cross-functional projects and communicate technical tradeoffs effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in driving NPI and manufacturing engineering for hardware products.
- 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in hardware development environments preferred.
- Knowledge of software and hardware testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience managing technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
