• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to define, design, build, and validate products on time.
• Define, drive, and manage hardware development plans and schedules with engineering and operations teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners and vendors on product development schedules and budgets.
• Manage schedule, cost, performance, and communicate key focus points with stakeholders.
• Synthesize data into narratives for presentation to stakeholders at all levels.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in hardware manufacturing.
• Preferred experience in Engineering Program Management or Design Engineering.
• Knowledge of product life cycles, tools, processes, and operations planning.
• Ability to lead technical teams and cross-functional groups.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
