Responsibilities
- Lead the New Technology Introduction (NTI) process, ensuring the execution of enabling manufacturing and test technologies.
- Work with functional stakeholders to refine and document NTI process flows, policies, roles, and responsibilities.
- Deliver and maintain a portfolio of key technologies to support advanced product designs.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to innovate existing technologies and processes.
- Oversee critical test vehicle builds to validate Design of Experiments (DOEs) for manufacturing/test processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management, particularly in hardware NPI and manufacturing.
- Experience with PCB/PCBA manufacturing technologies.
- Background in thermal evacuation assembly technologies (e.g., liquid cooling, vapor chambers).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead teams.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and executives.
- Familiarity with technology roadmaps and current technology trends.
