Responsibilities
- Lead the NTI process, ensuring the execution of enabling manufacturing, test, and other key technologies in advance of NPI development roadmaps.
- Work with functional stakeholders to refine and document NTI process flows, policies, roles, and responsibilities per the requirements of the business.
- Lead the delivery and maintenance of a portfolio of key technologies to enable advanced product designs.
- Push the boundaries of existing technologies and processes with supply chain partners.
- Lead critical test vehicle builds to validate Design of Experiments (DOEs) for manufacturing/test process parameter development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience leading NPI and manufacturing initiatives for hardware products.
- Experience with form-factor PCB/PCBA manufacturing technologies.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with thermal evacuation assembly technologies (e.g., liquid cooling, vapor chambers, heat pipes, etc.).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
