Responsibilities
- Lead New Technology Introduction (NTI) Process for manufacturing and testing technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and document NTI process flows and responsibilities.
- Manage a portfolio of key technologies to support advanced product designs.
- Innovate existing technologies and processes in collaboration with supply chain partners.
- Oversee critical test vehicle builds to validate manufacturing/test process parameters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of program management experience.
- Experience with NPI and hardware manufacturing initiatives.
- Knowledge of thermal evacuation assembly technologies.
- Familiarity with PCB/PCBA manufacturing technologies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive-level discussions.
