Responsibilities
- Deliver phone launches by managing the software schedule from concept to ship.
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, and communicate status to management and stakeholders.
- Advocate for Pixel software quality and measure software launch readiness.
- Drive program-wide process improvements for new product development and software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Hardware and Software, to meet project goals.
- Spot and track key risks and issues, prioritizing features and bugs.
- Use data to drive technical analyses and partner with teams for solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with hardware/software programs or System on a Chip (SoC) development.
- Experience shipping software for complex silicon and hardware products.
- Familiarity with release management, particularly with Android OS.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with executives and technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively.
