Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for test development initiatives.
- Collaborate with test engineers and product managers to understand manufacturing test requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive communication with internal stakeholders regarding manufacturing test development status.
- Work with design engineering teams to manage dependencies for test development.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Use technical expertise to lead complex projects from initiation to completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in hardware development environments preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge of software and hardware testing principles and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and executives.
- Experience in test engineering is a plus.
