Responsibilities
- Participate in on-call activities and manage systems within the domain.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop recommendations for systems and services.
- Respond to tickets/bugs within team-defined service-level objectives (SLOs).
- Work with customers to define distributed systems requirements and testing procedures.
- Propose solutions for system issues based on technical evaluations.
- Collaborate with primary responders to fix system issues.
- Contribute to systems and services in related domains through bug reports and consultation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with systems automation, design, and implementation.
- 3 years of experience with technical infrastructure (deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting).
- Experience working with vendors or customers preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of observability and operational efficiency principles is a plus.
