Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management and networking.
- 7 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports.
- Experience managing cross-functional/team projects in matrixed environments.
- Strong understanding of network planning, automation, and process improvements.
- Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and executives.
