Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to data center services and operations teams.
- Develop, implement, and manage mechanical designs for data center projects.
- Collaborate with the Engineer of Record (EOR) on engineering Requests for Information (RFI).
- Manage site-level power system issues during project execution.
- Coordinate system-level schematics with the core engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards in electrical design.
- Drive implementation of infrastructure improvements and optimizations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 12 years of experience in mission-critical facility design and electrical infrastructure.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
- Master's degree or Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with high voltage substations and electrical distribution systems.
- Familiarity with data center equipment and environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
