Responsibilities
- Set goals for the robotics stack, guiding architecture, systems design, and integration.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across various disciplines within Robotics engineering.
- Lead hardware architecture reviews with software and system teams to identify and address technical design gaps.
- Participate in design reviews to address technical issues, document design decisions, and maintain organized records.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners throughout the development lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in mechatronics engineering and robotics product development.
- Experience in robotic control, planning, kinematics, and mechatronic systems.
- Familiarity with sensor integration and calibration for robotics applications.
- Experience with embedded systems, RTOS, microcontrollers, and FPGA.
- Leadership experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Knowledge of motion control systems and robotics programming languages such as ROS.
