Responsibilities
- Set goals for the robotics stack, guiding architecture, systems design, and integration.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across multiple disciplines.
- Conduct hardware architecture reviews to identify and address design gaps.
- Participate in design reviews and document design decisions and test procedures.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners throughout the development lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in mechatronics engineering and robotics product development.
- Experience in robotic control, planning, kinematics, and mechatronic systems.
- Familiarity with sensor integration and calibration for robotics applications.
- Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and sensor fusion.
- Project management or leadership experience in robotics engineering.
- Knowledge of motion control systems and robotics programming languages like ROS.
