Responsibilities
- Set goals for the robotics stack, guiding architecture and systems design.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across multiple disciplines.
- Lead hardware architecture reviews with software and system teams.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in mechatronics engineering and robotics product development.
- Experience in robotic control, planning, kinematics, and mechatronic systems.
- Familiarity with sensor integration, embedded systems, and robotics programming languages.
- Experience in project management or leadership roles.
- Knowledge of collaborative robot systems and human-robot interaction design considerations.
- Experience in developing and shipping full-stack robotics systems.
