Responsibilities
- Drive material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds from concept phase to production handoff.
- Identify and communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans.
- Liaison with Original Device Manufacturing (ODM)/Contract Manufacturer (CM)/Suppliers.
- Develop and document global supply chain map for each product.
- Update project schedules and communicate status, risks, and influence change.
- Represent the New Product Introduction Supply Chain organization in internal program meetings.
- Drive initiatives and process improvements to enhance team scalability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for hardware programs.
- Experience in supply/demand planning.
- Familiarity with hardware bill of materials (BOMs) and assembly/test processes.
- Experience with hardware or machine learning equipment in data centers.
- Ability to manage cross-functional or cross-team projects.
