Responsibilities
- Drive material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds from concept phase to production handoff.
- Identify and communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans for NPI builds.
- Liaison with ODM/Contract Manufacturer/Suppliers, manage project budgets, and drive production risk buys.
- Develop and document global supply chain map for each product.
- Update project schedules and communicate status, risks, and influence change.
- Represent the NPI Supply Chain organization in internal program meetings.
- Drive initiatives and process improvements for team scalability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience driving NPI for hardware programs or electrical manufacturing builds.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with hardware bill of materials (BOMs) and assembly/test processes.
- Experience driving and qualifying hardware through data centers.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
