Responsibilities
- Create and structure Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data according to established processes and policies.
- Manage the workflow to make changes to PLM data in line with the product development processes.
- Gather information from stakeholders to complete work (e.g., Parts, BOMs).
- Interface with Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams and other cross-functional departments and third-parties.
- Review and resolve engineering change problems, escalate risks/issues as needed, and support PDM teams with training, prioritization, and escalation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in driving new product introduction (NPI) or product lifecycle management (PLM) initiatives for hardware products.
- 5 years of experience working with PLM systems (preferred).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Familiarity with all phases of product development from prototype to mass production to end-of-life.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management or Product Data Management support with Supply Chain operations.
