Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of complex remediation projects across the data center portfolio, from initial concept through operational handoff.
  • Establish comprehensive program roadmaps and master schedules, identifying interdependencies between concurrent work streams such as power and cooling infrastructures.
  • Own project resource allocation and workflow prioritization across multiple sites to ensure consistent execution and team utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Data Center Operations, Data Center Service) and external vendors to deliver projects within scope.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to executive leadership and directors.
  • Manage operational systems and processes for electrical or mechanical infrastructure.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time domestically or internationally to work with sites or equipment suppliers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working in data center environments or other relevant industries (e.g., semiconductor, power, nuclear, oil, gas).
  • 3 years of experience leading complex remediation programs or operations program management initiatives.
  • Experience in data center electrical or mechanical infrastructure (e.g., switchyards, transformers, HV/MV distribution, cooling towers, chillers, gensets).
  • Ability to take initiative in ambiguous environments and create scalable processes to drive results.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
