Responsibilities
- Lead large, cross-functional programs and collaborate with external partners for production ramp or product transitions.
- Plan and execute operations development activities to ensure successful transitions to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters.
- Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain while managing risks and changes in schedule or demand.
- Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness for cost efficiency and flexibility while maintaining quality.
- Manage communications throughout the organization, raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations and Consumer Electronics.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Preferred: Experience with Supply Chain and Hardware Manufacturing.
