Responsibilities
- Support hardware development builds and manage product labeling and build documentation.
- Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) product Build Matrix; tracking material readiness and product configurations.
- Maintain allocation database and ensure timely distribution to all product groups.
- Facilitate BOM management and communication with internal and external teams.
- Manage development PO creation and communication with finance teams.
- Track system delivery schedules and provide allocation direction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on project progress and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in hardware development or consumer electronics.
- Familiarity with contract manufacturers and vendor relations.
- Knowledge of hardware BOM structures and change control concepts.
- Ability to manage spreadsheets and coordinate across teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
