Responsibilities
- Support hardware development builds and manage product labeling and build documentation.
- Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) product Build Matrix and track material readiness.
- Maintain allocation database and ensure timely distribution to all product groups.
- Facilitate BOM management and communication with internal and external teams.
- Manage development PO creation and communication with finance teams.
- Track system delivery schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify risks and communicate progress with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working within hardware development or consumer electronics.
- Experience with vendor relations and contract manufacturers in Asia.
- Knowledge of hardware BOM structures and change control concepts.
- Ability to manage spreadsheets and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
