Responsibilities
- Own the overall product quality process across all stages, ensuring consistent quality.
- Develop predictive failure models using advanced statistical methods.
- Lead the resolution of product issues during manufacturing and field operations.
- Communicate technical information clearly to cross-functional teams and management.
- Develop and execute the product quality strategy for next-generation AI hardware systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage product quality requirements and deliverables.
- Track key quality metrics and extract actionable insights using advanced analytics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Certified Reliability/Quality Engineer (CRE/CQE) certification or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or product engineering of hardware technology.
- Preferred Master's degree or PhD in relevant engineering disciplines.
- Experience with advanced statistical methodologies (e.g., design of experiments, six sigma).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
