Responsibilities
- Own the overall product quality process from development to deployment.
- Develop predictive failure models using advanced statistical methods.
- Lead resolution of product issues during manufacturing and field operations.
- Communicate technical information clearly to cross-functional teams and management.
- Develop and execute product quality strategy and assurance plans for AI hardware systems.
- Track key quality metrics and extract actionable insights.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Certified Reliability/Quality Engineer (CRE/CQE) certification or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or product engineering of hardware.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Proficiency in advanced statistical methodologies (e.g., design of experiments, six sigma).
- Strong communication and data analysis skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for work.
