Responsibilities
- Own the overall product quality process from development to production, ensuring consistent quality.
- Develop predictive failure models using advanced statistical methods and track key quality metrics.
- Lead resolution of product issues during manufacturing and field operations using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Communicate technical information clearly to cross-functional teams and management for informed decision-making.
- Develop and execute product quality strategy and assurance plans for next-generation AI hardware systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in computing hardware quality or related fields.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL, JMP, or Python.
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical methodologies.
- Technical leadership and project management experience.
