• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12 years of experience in mission critical facility design.
• 10 years of experience in power systems and power plant engineering.
• Experience in thermodynamics and power cycle efficiency.
• Preferred Master's degree and Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Technical publications or patents in power generation or energy storage.
