Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing process solutions to complex problems.
- Implement production planning from concept to production.
- Create and maintain Program Quality Plans.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing process development.
- Continuously improve production processes through Lean initiatives.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in aerospace.
- Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO9000, AS9100.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- US Person per US DOD & ITAR regulations compliance.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and work transfer in manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and provide technical solutions.
