Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects for new facilities and expansions from planning to delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
- Serve as the primary liaison with contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Provide executive-level updates and progress reports.
- Build relationships with subcontractors and vendors to support project goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing machine development.
- U.S. Person status per ITAR regulations.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) in aerospace manufacturing preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools.
- Ability to assess project timelines and implement solutions.
