Responsibilities
- Develops and manages project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensures strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Communicates project updates to teams and management effectively.
- Monitors construction progress and conducts regular status meetings.
- Prepares and presents progress reports on project costs and schedules.
- Builds strong relationships with subcontractors and third parties.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing machine development.
- Compliance with ITAR regulations.
- Preferred experience with NPI and manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
