Responsibilities
- Support R&D Engineers in the development of endoscopic vessel harvesting devices.
- Participate in design and development activities, collaborating on mechanical components and systems.
- Use SolidWorks to assist in engineering design activities.
- Assist in the design and assembly of test fixtures in lab environments.
- Participate in risk management activities, including hazard analysis and DFMEAs.
- Assist with planning, execution, and reporting of testing.
- Attend engineering meetings and design reviews.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 full academic years in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Advanced proficiency with CAD tools like SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a machine shop environment is preferred.
