Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional development efforts for infotainment compute platforms.
- Drive alignment between hardware, software, and vehicle engineering teams.
- Coordinate the software development plan across all vehicle lines for major releases.
- Ensure effective coordination between hardware and software engineering teams.
- Partner with the Vehicle PMO to align software delivery with vehicle milestones.
- Manage complex prioritization challenges across features and vehicle needs.
- Optimize team workflows and cross-functional communication for improved efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of program or engineering management experience with complex embedded systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of software and hardware integration.
- Demonstrated success managing large, cross-disciplinary programs.
- Proven ability to manage complex program plans, resources, and schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with senior leaders and teams.
- Proficiency in program management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
