Responsibilities
- Conduct research, design, and development activities to improve products, processes, or services.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize designs for manufacturability.
- Apply research theories and principles when conducting experiments.
- Conduct market research and evaluate project scopes.
- Summarize research results and communicate findings.
- Develop technical documentation for projects.
- Utilize CAD systems to model new designs and create engineering drawings.
Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Engineering or related field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., CREO, SolidWorks).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Critical and analytical thinking abilities.
- Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or design engineering environment is a plus.
