Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions through creative designs and detailed analysis.
- Design, analyze, and test advanced space hardware.
- Create design specifications, CAD models, and technical drawings.
- Maintain integration plans, schedules, and milestones for design tasks.
- Conduct design reviews and propose optimization solutions.
- Coordinate procurement of components for integration.
- Perform tolerance stack up analysis and ensure component fit and alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering or related field with relevant experience.
- Extensive technical expertise in engineering principles and project leadership.
- Strong experience in GD&T application.
- Prior experience in space domain and satellite design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and FEA software (e.g., ANSYS).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS-SCI security clearance.
