Responsibilities
- Owns the 0-3-5 year Hoshin Kanri process for strategy deployment.
- Drives network plan execution and holds the network accountable for delivery.
- Partners with Global Engineering to manage CapEx delivery.
- Leads the Network PMO and oversees major programs affecting the network.
- Builds and fosters a robust performance management system.
- Implements LEAN methodologies for operational excellence.
- Drives network optimization and standardization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years in leadership roles within global pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Proven track record in executing complex programs and achieving targets.
- Deep understanding of the E2E value chain and P&L management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team performance.
- Ability to orchestrate multiple complex activities in a structured manner.
- Experience in managing large operational and capital budgets.
