Responsibilities
- Drive quality for assigned suppliers through quality plan implementation.
- Select and qualify suppliers, implementing performance monitoring and action plans.
- Conduct supplier audits and assist suppliers in continuous improvement processes.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering disciplines.
- Utilize technical expertise to solve supplier-related problems.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guide new team members.
- Impact projects and processes within the quality engineering field.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or System Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in supplier quality engineering or related field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Project management skills are desirable.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and vendor management.
