Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing engineering tasks without the need for a 4-year degree.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines related to manufacturing.
- Understand key business drivers to accomplish work effectively.
- Use judgment to propose solutions with guidance.
- Contribute as an individual contributor or early people leader.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members.
- Analyze and resolve problems while documenting and planning programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or a high school diploma with 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Technical or operational background in aerospace or automotive manufacturing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Machining experience and GD&T knowledge.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Established project management skills.
