Responsibilities
- Manage and interpret customer requirements and specifications.
- Process retrofitting projects that require modification of company products and equipment.
- Collaborate with departments such as customer service, estimating, sales, and manufacturing.
- Provide technical support for mechanical products.
- Confirm specifications of changes made to a product for a client.
- Participate in information gathering calls and/or meetings with clients.
- Work independently and manage tasks with limited supervision.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field required.
- Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD required; experience with Autodesk Inventor is a plus.
- Strong foundation in engineering principles, mathematics, and problem-solving.
- Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven and eager to learn.
