Responsibilities
- Develop and execute reliability test plans for cold plates, including various testing methods.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for leaks and performance issues.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to enhance cold plate reliability.
- Evaluate materials for corrosion resistance and compatibility with coolants.
- Analyze test data to identify reliability risks and suggest design improvements.
- Define reliability requirements and validation criteria.
- Document test procedures, results, and engineering recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Master or PhD in mechanical, materials, physics, or thermal engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in thermal/mechanical reliability testing.
- Hands-on experience with cold plates or heat sinks in high-performance electronics.
- Deep understanding of reliability engineering and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards for reliability testing.
- Experience with reliability qualification documentation for hyperscale products.
- Preferred experience with cold plates in data centers or power electronics.
