Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on root cause analysis of electro-mechanical subsystems.
- Design and implement mechanical product changes to address issues.
- Validate solutions using a data-driven approach.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Integration, and Test teams to improve machine reliability.
- Create processes, tests, and procedures to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Prototype and run tests from experimental design to practical implementation.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
Job Requirements
- Previous exposure to hardware debugging.
- Passion for understanding the functionality of systems.
- Experience in designing or integrating electromechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Ability to prototype and conduct tests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Portfolio optional but highly encouraged.
