Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis of electro-mechanical subsystems.
- Design and implement mechanical product changes based on analysis.
- Validate solutions using a data-driven approach.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Integration, and Test teams to enhance processes.
- Create tests and procedures to improve machine reliability.
- Prototype and run tests from experimental design to implementation.
- Communicate findings and solutions effectively.
Job Requirements
- Previous exposure to hardware debugging.
- Passion for understanding mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Experience in designing or integrating electromechanical systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prototype and implement tests.
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and data analytics.
- Portfolio optional but encouraged.
