Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage validation test plans for products.
- Conduct root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems and field failures.
- Design and implement automated testing equipment for reliability testing.
- Collaborate with R&D teams for risk assessments and design reviews.
- Analyze field failure data to identify trends and develop corrective action plans.
- Prototype and run tests, including hardware and software implementation.
- Distill complex test results into actionable insights for product improvement.
Job Requirements
- Experience with complex electromechanical systems.
- Familiarity with testing sensors, actuators, and mechanical components.
- Ability to develop and execute system test plans efficiently.
- Strong data analysis skills for interpreting test results.
- Proficiency in Python for hardware and software implementation.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Linux systems and SQL for data analysis.
- Prior experience in field failure analysis or quality engineering is a plus.
