Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage validation test plans for system, subsystem, and component levels.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of electromechanical subsystems and field failures.
- Design and implement automated testing equipment for reliability testing.
- Collaborate with design teams on risk assessments and continuous testing.
- Analyze field failure data to identify trends and develop corrective action plans.
- Prototype and conduct tests, including hardware and software implementation.
- Distill complex test results into actionable insights.
Job Requirements
- Experience with complex electromechanical systems.
- Ability to develop and execute full system test plans efficiently.
- Knowledge of testing sensors, actuators, and mechanical components.
- Strong data analysis skills for interpreting test results.
- Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting (Python preferred).
- Experience with SQL for data analysis.
- Prior experience in field failure analysis or quality engineering is a plus.
