Responsibilities
- Design, assemble, test, and evaluate the performance of 3D printers.
- Participate in design reviews and assist in solving design, engineering, and manufacturing problems.
- Build prototype components and assemblies using in-house facilities.
- Utilize CAD skills to design parts and assemblies and create engineering drawings.
- Assist in communications with vendors and suppliers to address production challenges.
- Polish time management and communication skills for enhanced engineering effectiveness.
- Contribute to the overall knowledge required to bring a product to market.
Job Requirements
- Desire to learn about engineering design and product development processes.
- Experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience through lab research, project teams, or previous internships.
- A portfolio showcasing previous engineering work/projects.
- Up-to-date resume highlighting relevant experience.
