Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end test and calibration equipment development including fixture design and preventive maintenance plans.
- Project manage manufacturing builds, both in-house and at overseas vendors.
- Own technical troubleshooting of manufacturing line issues.
- Co-develop methods, processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Use CAD software for design and 2D drawing creation.
- Debug, test, and identify root causes of electromechanical problems.
- Conduct statistical analysis and utilize data visualization tools.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with CAD software (Onshape, Solidworks, Fusion, etc.).
- Skills in debugging and testing electromechanical systems.
- Hands-on and self-motivated with a passion for hardware work.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Independent and self-starter with effective communication skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, JMP, Minitab, etc.).
- Familiarity with Python programming.
