Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end test and calibration equipment development, including fixture design and preventive maintenance plans.
- Project manage manufacturing builds in-house and at overseas vendors.
- Own technical troubleshooting of manufacturing line issues.
- Co-develop methods, processes, procedures, and work instructions for next-generation products.
- Utilize CAD software for design and drawing creation.
- Debug, test, and identify root causes of electromechanical problems.
- Engage in statistical analysis and data visualization.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Onshape, Solidworks, Fusion).
- Hands-on experience with hardware and electromechanical systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, JMP, Minitab).
- Familiarity with Python programming.
- Desire to understand system-level interactions of complex products.
- Understanding of GD&T principles for part quality evaluation.
