Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage validation test plans for products.
- Perform root cause analysis for field failures and electromechanical systems.
- Design and implement automated testing equipment for reliability testing.
- Collaborate with design teams on risk assessments and continuous testing.
- Contribute to design reviews throughout product development.
- Prototype and run tests from setup to implementation.
- Utilize problem-solving methodologies and physics of failure approaches.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of complex electromechanical systems.
- Experience in developing and executing system test plans.
- Familiarity with testing sensors, actuators, and mechanical components.
- Ability to prototype tests and implement hardware/software solutions.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting (Python preferred).
- Bonus: Knowledge of HALT and HASS testing methodologies.
- Portfolio of previous engineering work/projects required.
