Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and validate electronics and electromechanical subsystems.
- Collaborate with other engineers to develop system requirements and make design decisions.
- Work on projects involving microcontrollers, sensors, feedback, or motor control.
- Design, assemble, and debug PCBs.
- Conduct independent research and development.
- Program microcontrollers in C and develop test scripts in Python.
- Participate in hands-on work with various types of hardware.
Job Requirements
- Comfortable with both analog and digital systems.
- Experience with soldering and prototyping.
- Familiarity with electro-mechanical products is a bonus.
- A portfolio of previous engineering work/projects is required.
- Passion for designing products that work well and delight customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Enthusiasm for working in an interdisciplinary team environment.
