Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the development and specification of Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL) test systems.
- Design and implement standardized test specifications and processes.
- Follow the Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) for electrical components.
- Oversee the setup and configuration of test benches for integration and validation.
- Contribute to validation reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in relevant positions.
- Demonstrated experience in HIL, component testing, and test stand development/automation.
- Familiarity with rigorous systematic validation processes and documentation.
- Creative problem-solving skills for cross-functional challenges.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
