Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel suspension and braking systems.
- Assess and validate manufacturing and assembly feasibility.
- Define and challenge design requirements based on regulations and product attributes.
- Design, analyze, and test prototypes at various levels.
- Evaluate vehicle dynamics in both production and prototype vehicles.
- Collaborate with teams and communicate technical information effectively.
- Utilize 3D modeling tools for design purposes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive or related fields, preferably EV.
- Strong engineering fundamentals applicable to vehicle systems.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as Catia.
- Experience in designing and testing mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of chassis systems and vehicle dynamics.
- Familiarity with manufacturing methods and GD&T.
