Responsibilities
- Drive engineering teams to resolve issues from design reviews and build events.
- Maintain supplier relationships for timely deliveries.
- Monitor outputs for systems and vehicle compatibility.
- Identify risks and ensure ongoing risk mitigation.
- Set agendas for decision-making meetings.
- Support cross-functional decision-making across engineering and strategy.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive product development.
- Experience with Catia V5/6, Confluence, and Jira.
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for exterior systems.
- Understanding of the product development process from design to industrialization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
