Responsibilities
- Develop new vehicle electronic control units with optimized performance, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality standards.
- Develop engineering prototypes and coordinate testing for functionality and performance.
- Evaluate processes and materials with suppliers for manufacturability and quality.
- Participate in the development of assembly and test fixtures.
- Support test planning, execution, and documentation based on design requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in designing and developing electro-mechanical components.
- Experience with PCBA integration and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with Catia, Enovia, or similar tools.
- Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack analyses.
- Hands-on experience prototyping and testing electromechanical systems.
- Strong engineering fundamentals applicable to vehicle systems.
