Responsibilities
- Develop Low Voltage (LV) system requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and release the LV system requirement document per internal processes.
- Characterize LV components by working with suppliers.
- Participate in the design and development of LV systems to meet requirements.
- Engage in LV system DFMEA and functional safety studies.
- Communicate LV system requirements to internal customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with integration and validation engineers on LV systems.
Job Requirements
- B.S in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive component and system release processes.
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle electrical system architecture.
- Experience with low voltage system/component development.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals applied to automotive concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
