Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and test power supplies and Battery Back Up units.
- Perform debugging and failure analysis on electrical components.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding issues and solutions.
- Conduct tests using Automated Test Equipment and other tools.
- Manage logistics for unpacking and repacking units.
- Execute firmware updates and troubleshooting of replaceable parts.
- Document failure logs and propose root causes for issues found.
Job Requirements
- Functional knowledge or 2 years of experience in electrical engineering or failure analysis.
- Electrical engineering degree preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical concepts and schematics.
- Safety and quality mindset due to the nature of products.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in repairs versus scrap decisions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field work.
