Responsibilities
- Customer and internal factory communication.
- Perform tests using Automated Test Equipment.
- Conduct cosmetic repairs and screenings.
- Update firmware on devices.
- Troubleshoot and replace defective parts.
- Perform failure analysis and document findings.
- Provide Design For X reporting back to the manufacturing/design site.
Job Requirements
- Functional knowledge or 2 years of experience in electrical engineering or failure analysis.
- Preferred degree in electrical engineering.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of electrical concepts and schematics.
- Safety and quality mindset due to handling high power products.
- Ability to manage time effectively during repairs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field work.
