Responsibilities
- Lead automation projects from concept to production.
- Define and deploy automation solutions in Flex sites.
- Design and engineer automation equipment and tooling.
- Prepare RFQs and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Supervise installation and testing of automation equipment.
- Interface with customers on product development issues related to automation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience with management responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in FDA regulated manufacturing environments.
- Preferred experience with high volume, automated manufacturing.
- FDA audit experience is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and implement cost-effective automation solutions.
