Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Solutions Engineers.
- Allocate resources to ensure timely and accurate support.
- Establish pre-sales engineering processes and tools.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership.
- Develop comprehensive manufacturing solutions.
- Drive the creation of technical proposals and quotes.
- Represent customer needs in internal discussions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with customers in regulated industries.
- Understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP and CRM solutions preferred.
