Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years at the Director or VP level.
- Proven success in scaling cloud-native SaaS platforms and AI/ML workflows.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development and system architecture.
- Expertise in enterprise-grade security and compliance programs.
- Track record of designing and scaling distributed engineering organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills with executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing, aerospace/defense, or industrial SaaS.
