Responsibilities

  • Serve as Responsible Engineer for in-space propulsion hardware including engines and valves.
  • Develop innovative design concepts for propulsion integration and operations.
  • Assist in the development of manufacturing, integration, and test processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for spacecraft fluid systems.
  • Perform flight operations for fluids and propulsion systems.
  • Own and execute development, qualification, and acceptance testing of flight hardware.
  • Identify system risks and conduct trade studies for successful vehicle operation.

Job Requirements

  • BS in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong fundamentals in fluids, thermodynamics, and mechanics.
  • Experience in Siemens NX or equivalent CAD program.
  • Comprehension of design fundamentals and ASME Standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline team.
  • Master’s Degree in a related discipline is desired.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in related engineering discipline.
